Surgical patients should be fasted after 6:00 P. M. and have water withheld after midnight the evening before admission. We request that you present your pet for admission between 9:15 and 9:30 A. M. and call us around 3:00 P. M. for report on his or her progress and an estimate of release time. We do not normally hospitalize patients overnight as we are unable to provide 24 hour monitering.
